Device and Circuit Analysis of Double Gate Field Effect Transistor with Mono-Layer WS2-Channel at Sub-2 nm Technology Node

open access: yesNanomaterials, 2022
In this work, WS2 was adopted as a channel material among transition metal dichalcogenides (TMD) materials that have recently been in the spotlight, and the circuit power performance (power consumption, operating frequency) of the monolayer WS2 field ...

WHAT’S PAY GOT TO DO WITH IT? COLLECTIVE IDENTITY FORMATION IN THE AMERICORPS PROGRAM [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
It is clear that Social Movement Organizations (SMOs) aim to recruit and retain members, and most do so by promoting some sort of collective identity formation.

Instantaneous model of a MESFET for use in linear and nonlinear circuit simulations [PDF]

open access: yes, 1992
A formal approach for nonlinear modeling of FETs is presented. The intrinsic transistor is described by current and charge generators, that are instantaneously dependent on the two internal voltages.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Determination of spin Hall effect and spin diffusion length of Pt from self-consistent fitting of damping enhancement and inverse spin-orbit torque measurements

open access: yes, 2018
Understanding the evolution of spin-orbit torque (SOT) with increasing heavy-metal thickness in ferromagnet/normal metal (FM/NM) bilayers is critical for the development of magnetic memory based on SOT.

Mutant NPM1 in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Initiation and Maintenance

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
NPM1 mutations drive acute myeloid leukemia by acting as neomorphic transcriptional regulators that cooperate with Menin–MLL and XPO1 to sustain HOX/MEIS1 expression and block differentiation. Targeting these mutant‐specific transcriptional dependencies provides a rational therapeutic strategy for NPM1‐mutated AML.
