New Information Inequalities in Terms of Variational Distance and its Application
In this work, new information inequalities are obtained and characterized on new generalized f- divergence (introduced by Jain and Saraswat (2012)) in terms of the Variational distance and these inequalities have been taken for evaluating some new ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Some Inequalities for f-Divergence Measures Generated by 2n-Convex Functions
A double Jensen type inequality for 2n−convex functions is obtained and applied to establish upper and lower bounds for the f−divergence measure in Information Theory.

In this work, we study the restricted phase space thermodynamics (RPST) of charged static and rotating black holes in f(R) gravity. By keeping the cosmological constant fixed and introducing the central charge C with its conjugate chemical potential ...

Geometric IR subtraction for final state real radiation
A scheme is proposed for the subtraction of soft and collinear divergences present in massless final state real emission phase space integrals. The scheme is based on a local slicing procedure which utilises the soft and collinear factorisation ...

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

In this paper we review the definition and properties of redundant operators in the exact renormalisation group. We explain why it is important to require them to be eigenoperators and why generically they appear only as a consequence of symmetries of ...

Quantifying redundancies and synergies with measures of inequality.
Inequality measures provide a valuable tool for the analysis, comparison, and optimization based on system models. This work studies the relation between attributes or features of an individual to understand how redundant, unique, and synergetic ...

Regularized $f$-Divergence Kernel Tests
We propose a framework to construct practical kernel-based two-sample tests from the family of $f$-divergences. The test statistic is computed from the witness function of a regularized variational representation of the divergence, which we estimate using kernel methods.
