Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

The second continuous Jacobi transform
This paper continues the work started in [1]; a second continuous Jacobi transform is defined for suitable functions f(x). Properties of the transform are studied.

A method for solving nonlinear Volterra’s population growth model of noninteger order
Many numerical methods have been developed for nonlinear fractional integro-differential Volterra’s population model (FVPG). In these methods, to approximate a function on a particular interval, only a restricted number of points have been employed.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Combined Reduced-Rank Transform
We propose and justify a new approach to constructing optimal nonlinear transforms of random vectors. We show that the proposed transform improves such characteristics of {rank-reduced} transforms as compression ratio, accuracy of decompression and ...

F-Transforms for the Definition of Contextual Fuzzy Partitions [PDF]
Fuzzy partitions can be defined in many different ways, but usually, it is done taking into account the whole universe. In this paper, we present a method to define fuzzy partitions according to those elements in the universe holding certain fuzzy attribute. Specifically, we show how to define those fuzzy partitions by means of F-transforms.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Generating Suitable Basic Functions Used in Image Reconstruction by F-Transform
Image reconstruction technique based on F-transform uses clearly defined basic functions. These functions have strong impact on the quality of reconstruction. We can use some predefined shape and radius, but also we can create a new one from the scratch.

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated
