Effects of the F35 base substitutions on Fis-DNA binding and structure.

open access: yes, 2016
(A) Crystal lattice differences between the F35 (left) and F1 (right) complexes. The contents of one asymmetric unit are bound by a trapezoid. Protein chains A and B are represented as blue and green cartoons, respectively, and DNA chains C and D are ...

MYB17‐DFR/LDOX Module Positively Regulates Cyanidin Deposition in Cinnamomum Camphora

open access: yesPlant, Cell &Environment, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Cinnamomum camphora is a cornerstone ornamental tree species in southern China, valued for its evergreen foliage and distinctive scent. However, the uniformly green foliage and brown bark limit its landscaping values. In this study, we characterised a coloured camphor variety, ‘Gantong 1’, and revealed cyanidin content as the critical factor ...

Synthetic Feed Attractants in European Seabass (Dicentrarchus labrax) Culture: Effects on Growth, Health, and Appetite Stimulation

open access: yesAnimals
Synthetic flavors from standardized processes have recently emerged as a promising and sustainable alternative to traditional feed attractants. In this study, two attractive (F25, cheese; F35, caramel) and one repulsive (F32-, coconut) synthetic flavors ...

Investigating zeta‐cypermethrin resistance stability in California Drosophila suzukii populations

open access: yesPest Management Science, Volume 82, Issue 7, Page 6808-6816, July 2026.
After continuous selection and removal of selection pressure in spotted‐wing Drosophila, zeta‐cypermethrin resistance remained stable over several generations. Following a population bottleneck, zeta‐cypermethrin resistance increased without selection, highlighting the importance of insecticide rotation.

Cell apoptosis following combined treatment with Ad5/F35-siAPE1 and irradiation in vitro.

open access: yes, 2013
HepG2, Hep3B and MHCC97L cells were treated with Ad5/F35-EGFP or Ad5/F35-siAPE1.Samples were collected at 48 h for a range of X-ray irradiation (0, 4 and 10 Gy).

Gamma-delta T cells are optimal immune cell carrier vehicles for adenovirus vector-based gene therapy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
Gene therapy is a promising technique for treating malignant tumors. The efficacy of gene therapy with Ad5 is not high although adenovirus type 5 (Ad5) is a common vector, and this may be linked to the low gene transduction rate of Ad5 vectors.

Integrating Oncolytic Virus Engineering and Delivery Strategies for Enhanced Cancer Virotherapy

open access: yesAggregate, Volume 7, Issue 6, June 2026.
Integrated engineering strategies combining oncolytic virus (OV) design with advanced delivery platforms overcome biological barriers and enhance cancer virotherapy. Genetic engineering improves viral potency and selectivity, while local and systemic delivery systems promote viral protection, tumor targeting, penetration, and tumor microenvironment ...

F35 does not interact with either WT PrP or Δ23–31 PrP in co-immunoprecipitation experiments.

open access: yes, 2013
Brain lysates from mice expressing F35 PrP in the presence or absence of either WT or Δ23–31 PrP were immunoprecipitated with Dynabeads coupled to anti-PrP antibody 6D11, or with naked beads as a control.
