Flavonoid Derivatives as Potential Cholinesterase Inhibitors in Scopolamine-Induced Amnesic Mice: An In Vitro, In Vivo and Integrated Computational Approach

open access: yesBrain Sciences, 2022
Flavonoids are one of the most exciting types of phenolic compounds with a wide range of bioactive benefits. A series of flavone derivatives (F1–F5) were previously synthesized from substituted O-hydroxy acetophenone and substituted chloro-benzaldehydes.

Interference of ATP‐Binding Cassette Transporter by Functional Nano‐Delivery System for High Efficiency Management of Insecticide‐Resistant Nilaparvata lugens

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A ZIF‐90 nanocarrier delivers dinotefuran and suppresses NlABCG3 and NlABCH1 in resistant Nilaparvata lugens. This system combines pH/ATP‐triggered release with enhanced foliar retention, improving efficacy while sparing honeybees and promoting rice growth, offering a promising resistance‐breaking strategy.

F7 Drives Gastric Cancer Metastasis Through Anoikis Resistance and Tumor Microenvironment Remodeling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Coagulation factor VII (F7) has been implicated in tumor progression; however, its role in gastric cancer metastasis and immune evasion remains incompletely understood. In this study, we identified F7 as a clinically relevant driver of gastric cancer.

Molecular characterization of three novel splicing mutations causing factor V deficiency and analysis of the F5 gene splicing pattern

open access: yesHaematologica, 2008
Background Factor V deficiency is a rare autosomal recessive hemorrhagic disorder, associated with bleeding manifestations of variable severity. In the present study, we investigated the molecular basis of factor V deficiency in three patients, and ...

Coagulation factor V is a marker of tumor-infiltrating immune cells in breast cancer

open access: yesOncoImmunology, 2020
Background Factor (F) V is an essential cofactor in blood coagulation, however, F5 expression in breast tumors has also been linked to tumor aggressiveness and overall survival. The specific role of FV in breast cancer is yet unknown.

Non‐Uniform Space‐Time‐Coding Modulation for Low‐Complexity Diagnostics of Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
A diagnostic method for reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) based on non‐uniform space‐time‐coding modulation is presented. Fault localization is achieved via amplitude‐only spectral measurements, eliminating the need for complex signal processing. A one‐to‐one mapping between harmonic components and RIS elements enables accurate detection.

The F5 algorithm in Buchberger’s style [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Systems Science and Complexity, 2011
The famous F5 algorithm for computing \gr basis was presented by Faugère in 2002. The original version of F5 is given in programming codes, so it is a bit difficult to understand. In this paper, the F5 algorithm is simplified as F5B in a Buchberger's style such that it is easy to understand and implement.

Prevalence of F5 1691G>A, F2 20210G>A, and MTHFR 677C>T polymorphisms in Bosnian women with pregnancy loss.

open access: yesBosnian Journal of Basic Medical Sciences, 2017
The relationship between genetic risk factors of thrombophilia and pregnancy loss (PL) is being discussed. The focus has been on F5 1691G>A, F2 20210G>A, and MTHFR 677C>T polymorphisms that may predispose women to microthrombosis during the stages of ...

MolMiner: Toward Controllable, Three‐Dimensional‐Aware, Fragment‐Based Molecular Design

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Discovery, EarlyView.
MolMiner is a fragment‐based, geometry‐aware, and order‐agnostic generative model for molecular design with strong inductive biases. Using symmetry‐aware fragment assembly, dynamic three‐dimensional geometry, and multi‐property conditioning, MolMiner enables interpretable and controllable molecular generation.
