ABSTRACT In children presenting with prolonged irregular vaginal discharge, colposcopic evaluation should be performed, and the possibility of a malignant tumor must be considered in the differential diagnosis. Surgical excision remains the cornerstone of treatment to prevent recurrence. Long‐term follow‐up is mandatory.
