Multi-mode collaborative optimization of electric vehicle charging load characteristics in tourist cities: An Anshun case study

open access: yesAIP Advances
This study developed an electricity consumption behavior model for electric vehicles during tourist and non-tourist seasons in Anhui based on the probability density algorithm. The daily load characteristics of three charging modes—regular charging, fast-

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

A Pyrazine‐Based Polymer for Fast‐Charge Batteries

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie International Edition, 2019
AbstractThe lack of high‐power and stable cathodes prohibits the development of rechargeable metal (Na, Mg, Al) batteries. Herein, poly(hexaazatrinaphthalene) (PHATN), an environmentally benign, abundant and sustainable polymer, is employed as a universal cathode material for these batteries.

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

A new charging scheme for ATM based on QoS [PDF]

open access: yes, 1999
PhDNew services are emerging rapidly within the world of telecommunications. Charging strategies that were appropriate for individual transfer capabilities are no longer appropriate for an integrated broadband communications network. There is currently

Analysis and modelling of DC fast-charging profiles of heterogeneous EVs

open access: yesTransportation Engineering
Electric vehicles (EVs) fast-charging is a crucial enabler for the smooth electrification of the private mobility. In the available literature, studies related to fast-charging have been mainly focusing on the optimal sizing/placement and/or operation of

YIPFα1A expression is regulated by multilayered molecular mechanisms

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
YIPFα1A, a five‐pass Golgi protein, is regulated at multiple layers. (1) Rare‐codon enrichment drives translation‐coupled mRNA decay. (2) A proximal 3′‐UTR element stabilizes mRNA. (3) A distal 3′‐UTR element included by alternate poly(A) site usage represses translation, which can be overridden by the proximal 3′‐UTR element.

Proposed Modifications to Engineering Design Guidelines Related to Resistivity Measurements and Spacecraft Charging [PDF]

open access: yes, 2005
A key parameter in modeling differential spacecraft charging is the resistivity of insulating materials. This determines how charge will accumulate and redistribute across the spacecraft, as well as the time scale for charge transport and dissipation ...

Ionization-excitation of helium by fast charged particles

open access: yesPhysical Review A, 1995
Probabilities and cross sections for ionization plus excitation in helium produced by fast heavy-particle impact have been evaluated. In these calculations, contributions from shake-off, time ordering, and independent interactions of the frozen-target electrons with the projectile are included.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
