Ectopic intraocular lens: An unusual complication of cataract surgery

We wish to report an unusual complication of intraocular lens (IOL) insertion following uneventful phacoemulsification. After successful phacoemulsification surgery, a hydrophobic acrylic IOL was loaded in the injector for insertion into the capsular bag.
