4‐HBA upregulates NKIRAS2 levels, inhibiting the activation of the NF‐κB pathway and subsequently reducing the levels of neuroinflammatory markers. This modulation helps restore normal mood and behavior in hyperlipidemic conditions, providing a potential therapeutic strategy for managing hyperlipidemia‐associated depression.

The αvβ3‐mediated SPRC@MPDA‐RGD targets broken endothelial cells and controllably releases SPRC. CSE is then activated to produce endogenous H2S, which inhibits ferritinophagy. In brief, H2S inhibits autophagy by activating the PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway, thereby suppressing the ferroptosis process mediated by NCOA4, and ultimately promoting the ...

ABSTRACT Triple‐negative breast cancer (TNBC) exhibits addiction to chronic endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress, which sustains an aggressive metastatic phenotype through activation of the unfolded protein response (UPR). Here, we identify a previously unrecognized “ER‐stress addiction” axis in which the Hippo pathway effector TEAD4 directly ...

Modified Media for Repeated In Vitro Cutting Cycles of Cannabis sativa Without the Use of Cytokinin
In vitro hedging; combined with the fed-batch liquid media process is an innovative system that generates multiple sterile plants without the use of exogenous cytokinin. This combined process was demonstrated with Cannabis sativa (‘Cherry1’, ‘BaOx’, ‘T1’,

Extensive regulation of metabolism and growth during the cell division cycle
Yeast cells grown in culture can spontaneously synchronize their respiration, metabolism, gene expression and cell division. Such metabolic oscillations in synchronized cultures reflect single-cell oscillations, but the relationship between the ...

Scale-down of CHO cell fed-batch cultures
Currently, Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells are the main expression system used for the production of therapeutic monoclonal antibodies (mAbs). The scale-up of a CHO cell culture process is an important step during the upstream development. A representative lab-scale bioreactor (milli-litres to litres volume) for the production-scale bioreactor (kilo ...

Icariin promoted the growth of Akk by enhancing the activity of N‐acetylgalactosaminidase (Amuc_0920), which enhanced mucin utilization and provided a favorable nutrient environment for bacterial growth. This icariin‐mediated enrichment of Akk further reshaped the tumor microenvironment and promoted CD8+ T cell infiltration, ultimately synergizing with
