Feedback stabilization of Networked Control Systems [PDF]

open access: yes2009 IEEE Control Applications, (CCA) & Intelligent Control, (ISIC), 2009
In this paper the stability analysis and control synthesis problems for networked control systems (NCS) with bounded transmission delays (constant and unknown or time-varying) are investigated. First, stability conditions for NCS described by ARMA models are established and a method for the determination of admissible delay range is developed.

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Nonlinear Output Feedback Control: An Analysis of Performance and Robustness [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
By considering a non-singular performance cost functional, observer backstepping designs and adaptive observer backstepping designs are compared to high-gain observer designs for an output feedback system and a parametric output feedback system.

FEEDBACK STABILIZATION OF HOMOGENEOUS POLYNOMIAL SYSTEMS [PDF]

open access: yesIFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1995
The propose of this paper is to drive a simple necessary and sufficient stabilizability condition for a class of multi-inputs polnomial systems. This result represents a generalization of the main theorems of (Iggidr and Vivalda, 1992). The stabilizing feedbacks are explicitly given.

In vitro and in silico modelling of ROS1‐positive non‐small cell lung cancer reveals fusion‐dependent tyrosine kinase inhibitor responses

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.

Asymptotic stabilization for nonlinear systems with time‐varying delays

open access: yesIET Control Theory & Applications, 2023
In this paper, asymptotic stabilization problem for a class of nonlinear systems with unknown time‐varying delays is addressed. With the introduced static gain functions and new Lyapunov–Krasovskii functionals, a novel output feedback control strategy is

Boundary feedback stabilization of Fisher’s equation [PDF]

open access: yesSystems & Control Letters, 2016
The aim of this work is to design an explicit finite dimensional boundary feedback controller for locally exponentially stabilizing the equilibrium solutions to Fisher's equation in both $L^2(0,1)$ and $H^1(0,1)$. The feedback controller is expressed in terms of the eigenfunctions corresponding to unstable eigenvalues of the linearized equation.

Molecular dynamics simulations of positively selected codons in FcγRI reveal novel biochemical binding properties

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
