A novel MBOdCN S‐scheme heterojunction photocatalyst is fabricated using pristine Mg‐Bi2O3 and grayish g‐C3N4, where dynamic dual charge migration paths occur to accelerate exciton dissociation. A standardized and streamlined inducer‐free quorum sensing (QS)‐based collaborative dynamic control pattern is developed for sufficient gene expression control in Halomonas TD by mixing two engineered cells, cells A and B. Proof‐of‐concept studies are designed to test the dynamic control performance in mixed cultures in fed‐batch conditions.

Orally Administered Functional Polyphenol‐Nanozyme‐Armored Probiotics for Enhanced Amelioration of Intestinal Inflammation and Microbiota Dysbiosis

This study presents a novel polyphenol‐nanozyme‐armored probiotic system (ECA@EcN) for enhanced treatment of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). By integrating chitosan‐modified epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG‐CS) with gold nanozymes, the system effectively scavenges ROS, improves probiotic viability, and restores gut microbiota balance.
