We report a Pt‐decorated Co‐doped BiFeO3 (Pt/BCFO) piezocatalyst achieving an H2 evolution rate of 1896.4 µmol g−1 h−1. Co‐doping induces lattice distortion, enhancing piezoelectric polarization, while Pt sites promote water dissociation. Memristors based on trimethylsulfonium (phenanthroline)tetraiodobismuthate have been utilised as a nonlinear node in a delayed feedback reservoir. We discovered novel materials with giant dielectric constants by combining first‐principles phonon calculations and machine learning. Screening 525 perovskites identified six candidates. RbNbO3 was synthesized under pressure and showed ε ≈ 800–1000. This validates our framework as a powerful tool for high‐performance dielectric materials discovery.
