Fetal echocardiography: A single-center tertiary care experience
Background: Although fetal echocardiography is established screening tool for the detection of cardiac anomalies, its utility and awareness remains less in less-developed areas of the world. There is no data from our region about the usage and outcome of

Technique of fetal echocardiography
Congenital heart disease is the most common abnormality in the human fetus. Fetal echocardiography has been used to detect the majority of cardiac defects, and it is now part of the routine screening method for fetal evaluation. In this article, we present standard ultrasonographic views of the normal fetal heart obtained during the second trimester ...

A senolytic sonovaccine platform (SenoVac) is developed, in which senescent cell‐derived vesicles serve as broad senescent cell antigen reservior. The “2‐step” click chemistry strategy for effective lymph node delivery, and ultrasound‐triggered endosomal escape to boost cross‐presentation, ensures efficient senescent cell clearance and disease ...

In response to hypertrophic stimuli, increased c‑JUN phosphorylation upregulates RNF115, leading to SPTBN1 ubiquitination and degradation. which promotes F‑actin depolymerization and YAP activation, driving cardiac hypertrophy. The RNF115 inhibitor DTD effectively suppresses SPTBN1 ubiquitination and cardiac hypertrophy.
