In our study of 44 pediatric kidney transplant recipients, low‐dose corticosteroid therapy was associated with improvements in post‐transplant height and height Z‐scores over 1 year. Growth was not significantly impaired by low‐dose steroids, although a slight downward trend in Z‐scores was observed with increasing steroid doses.
