Filamentation of collimated Ti:sapphire-laser pulses in water
The results of experimental studies of the spatial characteristics of multiple filamentation terawatt femtosecond Ti:Salaser in water are presented. With an increase in initial power laser pulses increases the number of filaments, the length of the field

Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.

Objective The study aimed to identify symptom‐based predictors of dry eye disease (DED) signs in the Sjögren's International Collaborative Clinical Alliance (SICCA) cohort. Methods We performed a retrospective analysis examining 16 ocular symptoms (most graded 0–4) and artificial tear (AT) use (graded 0–3) as predictors of DED signs (abnormal ocular ...

ErB4 and NdB4 nanostructured powders are produced by mechanochemical synthesis. 5 h mechanical alloying and 4 M HCl acid leaching are used in the production. ErB4 and NdB4 powders exhibit maximum magnetization of 0.4726 emu g−1 accompanied with an antiferromagnetic‐to‐paramagnetic phase transition at about TN = 18 K and 0.132 emu g−1 with a maximum at ...

Near‐Field Electrospinning Micro‐Printhead Achieves Precise Control of Nanofiber Deposition
A micro‐printhead for near‐field electrospinning enables reproducible deposition of polymer nanofibers with diameters below 50 nm. Systematic parameter studies uncover the mechanisms linking operating conditions to fiber morphology, paving the way for precise and low‐cost nanoscale 3D manufacturing. As a high‐resolution, cost‐effective, and rapid ...

Roles of P-body factors in Candida albicans filamentation and stress response.
Hyphal growth is strongly associated with virulence in the human fungal pathogen Candida albicans. While hyphal transcriptional networks have been the subject of intense study, relatively little is known about post-transcriptional regulation.

Low‐Angle Grain Boundaries and Re‐Segregation in Single‐Crystalline Ni‐Base Superalloys
This work demonstrates that Re‐segregation at low‐angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) in Ni‐base superalloys is influenced by misorientation angle. Advanced microscopy and atom probe tomography reveal that higher misorientation angles increases Re‐segregation.
