Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

This protocol paper outlines methods to establish the success of a time‐resolved serial crystallographic experiment, by means of statistical analysis of timepoint data in reciprocal space and models in real space. We show how to amplify the signal from excited states to visualise structural changes in successful experiments.

A Classification of File Formats for Animation [PDF]
This paper proposes a classification of existing file formats for computer animation. File formats for computer animation store and describe the evolution of virtual scenes over time. They permit applications, which produce animating scenes, to share and

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.

Abstract File-Formats for Preservation: Evaluating the Long-Term Stability of File-Formats [PDF]
While some file-formats become unreadable after short periods, others remain interpretable over a long-term. Among the over 1.000 file-formats, some are better and some are less suited for long-term preservation. A standardized process for evaluating the

Neo: an object model for handling electrophysiology data in multiple formats
Neuroscientists use many different software tools to acquire, analyse and visualise electrophysiological signals. However, incompatible data models and file formats make it difficult to exchange data between these tools.
