In the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC), persistent inflammatory activity increases the risk of recurrence and poor prognosis. Probe-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (pCLE) can accurately assess the UC inflammation than conventional endoscopy. The

Quantum cohomology of flag manifolds G/B and quantum Toda lattices
We prove the Givental conjecture that the (equivariant) quantum cohomology of flag manifolds G/B are governed by the conservation law of Toda lattices. In addition, we find the quantum differential module structure of the flag manifolds.Comment: 19 pages,

Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

How to construct a flag complex with a given face vector [PDF]
A method that often works for constructing a flag complex with a specified face vector is given. This method can also be adapted to construct a vertex-decomposable (and hence Cohen-Macaulay) flag complex with a specified h ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

Cycle Connectivity and Automorphism Groups of Flag Domains
A flag domain $D$ is an open orbit of a real form $G_0$ in a flag manifold $Z=G/P$ of its complexification. If $D$ is holomorphically convex, then, since it is a product of a Hermitian symmetric space of bounded type and a compact flag manifold, ${Aut}(D)

CDT1 is an essential protein for DNA replication licensing that loads the MCM complex, the eukaryotic replicative DNA helicase, onto replication origins. Overexpression of CDT1 induces cell cycle arrest at the S phase. Here we showed CDT1 inhibits the progression of replication forks by interacting with the MCM complex, leading to the stalling and ...

Flag fault-tolerant error correction with arbitrary distance codes
In this paper we introduce a general fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocol using flag circuits for measuring stabilizers of arbitrary distance codes. In addition to extending flag error correction beyond distance-three codes for the first time,
