Regulation of Flowering in Arabidopsis by anFLCHomologue [PDF]
AbstractThe Arabidopsis FLC gene encodes a MADS domain protein that acts as a repressor of flowering. Late-flowering vernalization-responsive ecotypes and mutants have high steady-state levels of FLC transcript, which decrease during the promotion of flowering by vernalization.

From wild to tamed: Reimagining novel crops through omics and local plant diversity
The global food system faces growing pressure from climate change, biodiversity loss, and rising nutritional demands. Agriculture has increased yields but reduced crop diversity, flavor, and nutritional quality, leaving societies vulnerable and dependent on a narrow set of staple species.

ABSTRACT Understanding whether the interaction between economic activity and forest ecosystems manifests as conflict or synergy is central to designing effective, sustainable development policies. Although the environmental Kuznets curve framework is frequently utilized to explain this relationship, its analytical scope remains limited, as it ...

Cytogenotoxic Effects of Fluopyram in Allium cepa Root Cells Involving Microtubule Disruption
ABSTRACT Fluopyram is a next‐generation fungicide widely used in agriculture; however, its persistence in soils and mobility toward aquatic systems have raised concerns regarding potential ecotoxicological risks. This study evaluated the cytogenotoxic effects of a commercial fluopyram‐based pesticide formulation on Allium cepa root meristem cells ...

Daratumumab plus bortezomib and dexamethasone (Dara-VD) in newly diagnosed Mayo 2004 stage IIIA and IIIB light-chain amyloidosis: Long-term follow-up results from a prospective phase 2 study. [PDF]
Summary Anti‐CD38 monoclonal antibodies dramatically improve the prognosis in immunoglobulin light‐chain (AL) amyloidosis, yet patients with end‐stage (Mayo 2004 IIIB) disease are typically excluded from prospective trials. To evaluate the daratumumab plus bortezomib and dexamethasone (Dara‐VD) regimen in Mayo 2004 stage III patients, we conducted a ...
