Carbonic fluid inclusions in ultrahigh-temperature metamorphic rocks from Tonagh Island in the Archean Napier Complex, East Antarctica: A preliminary report

open access: yes, 2001
P(論文)We report here the occurrence of high density CO_2-rich fluid inclusions in ultrahigh-temperature metamorphic rocks from Tonagh Island of the Archean Napier Complex, East Antarctica.

Keratin 19 as a prognostic marker and contributing factor of metastasis and chemoresistance in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Laser-Raman Analysis of Individual Fluid Inclusions and Hydrocarbon-Fluid Evolution in the Marine–Terrestrial Transitional Longtan Formation Shale, Southern Sichuan Basin

open access: yesApplied Sciences
This study integrates microthermometry and laser-Raman spectroscopy of individual fluid inclusions with basin modelling to reconstruct the hydrocarbon-fluid evolution and multistage re-mobilisation of the Permian Longtan Formation transitional marine ...

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Fluid Inclusion Stratigraphy (FIS) Database Table

open access: yes
Maintenance and Update Frequency: asNeededStatement: The Fluid Inclusion Stratigraphy (FIS) database table was created in the ORGCHEM schema to release the bulk volatile chemistry of the fluid inclusions (i.e., water, gas, and/or oil) present in the rock

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Contribution on fluid inclusion abundance to activation of quartz flotation

open access: yes, 2018
In this study, comparative experiments were conducted on the recovery of quartz using flotation with different fluid inclusion abundances. A large number of fluid inclusions with various sizes have been found in natural quartz.

Hydrocarbon Fluid Inclusion Fluorescence: A Review

open access: yes, 2009
Geological fluid inclusions are small voids that can contain a variety of liquids which are often found in natural minerals and rocks. Typically they are less than 10 micrometres in size that host fossil fluids which existed when the minerals grew or healed after fracture.

Transcriptional profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles from prebiopsy prostate cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Fluid-inclusion and geochemical studies at the Emperor gold mines, Fiji.

open access: yes, 1979
The gold-silver telluride deposits of the Emperor mine (Vatukoula, Fiji) are fairly typical of the epithermal deposits found in association with Tertiary volcanic activity in the circum-Pacific belt. The mine produces about 60,000 troy ounces of gold per
