Analysis of Degenerate Fold–Hopf Bifurcation in a Three-Dimensional Differential System

Qualitative Theory of Dynamical Systems, 2017
In this paper, the author investigate the degenerate fold-Hopf bifurcation of codimension three in a differential system. By means of the tools from averaging theory, the author proves the existence of periodic orbits generated by this bifurcation.

AN EFFICIENT METHOD FOR STUDYING FOLD-HOPF BIFURCATION IN DELAYED NEURAL NETWORKS

International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2011
An effective and simple method, called perturbation scheme (PS), is proposed to study fold-Hopf bifurcation for delayed neural systems qualitatively and quantitatively when time delay and connection weight are considered as two bifurcation parameters.

On the fold-Hopf bifurcation for continuous piecewise linear differential systems with symmetry

Chaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science, 2010
In this paper a partial unfolding for an analog to the fold-Hopf bifurcation in three-dimensional symmetric piecewise linear differential systems is obtained. A particular biparametric family of such systems is studied starting from a very degenerate configuration of nonhyperbolic periodic orbits and looking for the possible bifurcation of limit cycles.

FOLD–HOPF BIFURCATIONS OF THE ROSE–HINDMARSH MODEL WITH TIME DELAY

International Journal of Bifurcation and Chaos, 2011
In neural processing information, when we consider the finite propagation speed of signals in synapses, a time delay signal self-feedback mechanism is introduced into the well-known Rose–Hindmarsh Model. The Fold–Hopf bifurcation of this model is analyzed near equilibria.

Corrigendum to “The transition from conservative to dissipative flows in class-B laser model with fold-Hopf bifurcation and coexisting attractors”

Chinese Physics B, 2023
Recently, we received a letter from Prof. G. L. Oppo, which indicated that he had doubts about the transformation of the system in the article Chin. Phys. B 31 060503 (2022) and gave other considerations. After inspection, we found that there was a clerical error in the article.
