Long‐Term Safety and Efficacy of Mepolizumab in Eosinophilic Granulomatosis With Polyangiitis
Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Objective
Eosinophilic granulomatosis with polyangiitis (EGPA) is a rare, relapsing, inflammatory disease. Management of EGPA predominantly relies on oral corticosteroids (OCS), which are associated with many adverse effects. The phase 3 MIRRA trial demonstrated efficacy and safety of mepolizumab, anti‐interleukin‐5 biologic, for EGPA.Michael E. Wechsler, Jared Silver, Gerhard Wolff, Robert G. Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView. Objective
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a connective tissue disease with fibrotic remodeling of the skin and various internal organs. SSc is associated with the highest case‐specific mortality of all rheumatic autoimmune diseases with limited antifibrotic treatment options.Thuong Trinh‐Minh, Cuong Tran‐Manh, Andrea‐Hermina Györfi, Nicholas Dickel, Christoph Liebel, Xiang Zhou, Jiucun Wang, Meik Kunz, Helena Arozenius, Lars Pettersson, Sam Lindgren, Christina Wenglén, Jörg H. Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView. Objective
This study aimed to ascertain the effect of secukinumab on erosion and enthesiophyte progression in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) by using high‐resolution peripheral quantitative computed tomography (HR‐pQCT). Methods
This was a phase 4, double‐blind, randomized, placebo‐controlled trial.Yingzhao Jin, Isaac T. Cheng, Ho So, Billy T. Lai, Shirley K. Ying, Kitty Y. Arthritis &Rheumatology, EarlyView.Objective
Our objective was to assess the incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACEs) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treated with JAK inhibitors (JAKi), tumor necrosis factor inhibitors (TNFi), or biologic disease‐modifying antirheumatic drugs with other modes of action (bDMARD‐OMA) in a multicountry, real‐world population ...Romain Aymon, Denis Mongin, Romain Guemara, Zubeyir Salis, Johan Askling, Denis Choquette, Catalin Codreanu, Daniela Di Giuseppe, Irini Flouri, Doreen Huschek, Kimme L. Arthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article. Objectives
Dotinurad is a selective urate reabsorption inhibitor that reduces serum urate levels. We compared the efficacy and safety of dotinurad with febuxostat in Chinese patients with gout. Methods

Arthritis &Rheumatology, Accepted Article.Summary
Castleman disease (CD) is a major diagnostic challenge for Rheumatologists. Unicentric CD (UCD) involves one enlarged lymph node region whereas multicentric CD (MCD) involves multiple enlarged lymph node regions. Both UCD and MCD may exhibit a wide range of symptoms that overlap with other immune‐mediated conditions.Luke Y.C. Chen, Lu Zhang, David C. Anatomical Sciences Education, EarlyView.Abstract
Podcasts have rapidly emerged as a powerful tool for health communication, especially since the COVID‐19 pandemic. While evidence shows that podcasts can enhance student knowledge, confidence, and flexibility in learning, their educational impact is primarily studied within formal academic contexts.Matthew J.
