Epidemiology of Human Foodborne Botulism
2018The aim of this chapter is to update and expand an earlier review, which included a discussion of human foodborne botulism worldwide (Hauschild, 1989). That review showed a close association between the frequency and type of botulism outbreaks and the occurrence of Clostridium botulinum in the environment.
