Reductive conversion of CO2 to formic acid with waste silicon reducing agent catalyzed by in situ generation of active fluoride species from a tertiary amine, protonic acid, and simple inorganic fluoride salt, such as KF and NaF. ABSTRACT The activation and catalytic reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) using silicon‐based reducing agents is an important ...

A STUDY INTO THE FORMATION PROCESSES OF URANIUM NANAOCLUSTERS WITH VARIABLE VALENCE WHILE URANYL SOLUTIONS WITH DIMETHYL FORMAMIDE ARE SUBJECTED TO IRRADIATION AND DEPOSITED ON GLASS SURFACE [PDF]
Using the methods of electronic and IR absorption, we have studied the photochemical formation processes of the complexes between tri-, tetra-, and pentavalent uranium and organic ligands when the solutions of UO2(NO3)3*6H2O in dimethyl formamide, UO2 ...

Organo‐functionalized molecular molybdenum sulfides were synthesized using bidentate N‐donor ligands and investigated as light‐driven homogeneous hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) catalysts. Trends observed in the HER activity of these catalysts were elucidated by combining photophysical, electrochemical and computational studies.

Mechanochemical Amidation Mediated by 1,1’‐Oxalyldiimidazole for the Synthesis of Agrochemicals
Mechanochemical amidation using 1,1'‐oxalyldiimidazole (ODI) overcomes limitations of 1,1’‐carbonyl diimidazole (CDI) as coupling agent by enabling the efficient mechanochemical synthesis of three marketed agrochemicals from deactivated carboxylic acids.

A study of Ni‐Co/CeO2 catalyst derived from metal–organic framework for dry reforming of methane
Abstract The efficacy of cobalt‐doped, MOF‐derived catalysts for dry reforming of methane (DRM) was examined. The focus was on the influence of varying nickel and cobalt molar ratios on catalytic performance. Three catalysts with Ni:Co ratios of 1:1, 1:0.5, and 0.5:1, were synthesized and tested with cerium oxide as a constant support. The DRM reaction
