Respirology Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 8, August 2026.This case illustrates a multifactorial treatable traits‐oriented approach in pre‐COPD complicated by severe obstructive sleep apnea. Inhaled triple therapy plus effective CPAP was associated with symptomatic and spirometric improvement over 12 weeks, although causality cannot be inferred from a single case.
