Ultrasound‐Activated Piezoelectric Neuroimmune Hydrogel Orchestrates Neurogenesis‐Macrophage Crosstalk in Diabetic Wound Healing

In this work, we design an ultrasound‐activated piezoelectric hydrogel platform (AOEF@AP5+US) that reprograms neurogenesis‐macrophage crosstalk as an integrated strategy to overcome the intertwined barriers of chronic inflammation, peripheral neuropathy, and impaired regeneration in diabetic wounds.

Integrated Single‐Cell and TCR Profiling Reveals Protection‐Associated CD8+ T Cell Subsets Linked to Viral Control in PRRSV

PRRSV vaccine‐mediated protection is associated with clonally expanded cytotoxic CD8+ T cell subsets driven by viral structural proteins and supported by innate TLR4/TLR8 signaling and CD4+ T cell help, whereas non‐protective responses are characterized by dysfunctional exhausted‐like CD8+ T cells linked to poor viral control.

Incorporated into a dual‐responsive hydrogel for localized, MMP‐9‐triggered release, SCP‐1 suppresses inflammation, promotes reparative macrophage polarization, and accelerates diabetic wound healing.

Senkyunolide I Inhibits mtDNA‐cGAS‐STING Signaling in Macrophages via Targeting VDAC1 Oligomerization to Attenuate Ulcerative Colitis
