Bioinspired Design of Heterogenous Single‐Atomic‐Site Catalysts for Electrocatalysis and Photocatalysis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review gives a summary on the representative bioinspired single‐atomic‐site catalysts (SACs) and their applications in heterogeneous electrocatalysis and photocatalysis. The fundamentals of bioinspired design strategies are systematically discussed in the context of the first shell coordination, the second/long‐range coordination, and the outer ...

Tri‐System Interlocking Top‐Encased Structures Enabled Highly Stable Tin‐Lead Perovskite Photodetection Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
A unique tri‐system interlocking top‐encased structure is formed for tin‐lead perovskites by the introduction of novel CGA additive. The fabricated tin‐lead perovskite NIR photodetector shows an outstanding specific detectivity of 2 × 1013 Jones at 940 nm, and the integrated 64 × 64 array demonstrates clear and accurate imaging abilities.

Traceless Photopolymerization with Non‐Pulsed Red Light Enables 3D‐Printable Cell‐Laden Hydrogels

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The paper presents a red‐light‐induced polymerization process, initiated by the FDA‐approved dye methylene blue and the cytocompatible co‐initiator triethanolamine, for fabricating hydrogels. This photopolymerization process is oxygen‐tolerant, cytocompatible, and, most importantly, leaves no color traces, resulting in completely transparent scaffolds.

Suppressing Metal Dissolution in Multi‐Grained Catalysts Through Intragrain Atomic Ordering for Stable Fuel Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a novel approach room‐temperature ultrasound assisted atomic ordering method using to fabricate multi‐grained NiPt nanoalloys with an intermetallic Ni3Pt5 phase. The resulting catalyst exhibits state‐of‐the‐art durability and activity in all operational condition of proton exchange membrane fuel cells. Structural and electrochemical
