ABSTRACT Background We describe clinical and biologic characteristics of neuroblastoma in older children, adolescents, and young adults (OCAYA); describe survival outcomes in the post‐immunotherapy era; and identify if there is an age cut‐off that best discriminates outcomes.

On the computation of $\pi$-flat outputs for differential-delay systems
We introduce a new definition of $\pi$-flatness for linear differential delay systems with time-varying coefficients. We characterize $\pi$- and $\pi$-0-flat outputs and provide an algorithm to efficiently compute such outputs.

Developmental Disorders in Children Recently Diagnosed With Cancer
ABSTRACT Neurocognitive deficits in adult survivors of childhood cancer are well established, but less is known about developmental disorders (DD) arising shortly after cancer diagnosis. Using 2016–2019 linked Ohio cancer registry and Medicaid data, we compared DD among 324 children with cancer and 606,913 cancer‐free controls.

-torsion free Acts Over Monoids [PDF]
In this paper firt of all we introduce a generalization of torsion freeness of acts over monoids, called -torsion freeness. Then in section 1 of results we give some general properties and in sections 2, 3 and 4 we give a characterization of monoids for ...

On the absoluteness of $\aleph_1$-freeness
$\aleph_1$-free groups, abelian groups for which every countable subgroup is free, exhibit a number of interesting algebraic and set-theoretic properties. In this paper, we give a complete proof that the property of being $\aleph_1$-free is absolute; that is, if an abelian group $G$ is $\aleph_1$-free in some transitive model $\textbf{M}$ of ZFC, then ...

ABSTRACT Background B‐acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B‐ALL) is the most common pediatric cancer, and while most children in high‐resource settings are cured, therapy carries risks for long‐term toxicities. Understanding parents’ concerns about these late effects is essential to guide anticipatory support and inform evolving therapeutic approaches ...

Understanding Polyamidoamine Epichlorohydrin (PAAE) Retention in Paper
Polyamidoamine epichlorohydrin (PAAE) is a permanent wet strength resin used in papermaking. When applied to paperboard, some amount of resin is retained in the sheet, and some is lost to the white water.

ABSTRACT Background B‐cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (B‐LBL) represents a rare variety of non‐Hodgkin lymphoma, with limited research on its biology, progression, and management. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical characteristics of 256 patients aged ≤18 years who received treatment under the China Net Childhood Lymphoma (CNCL)‐

Acting Semicircular Elements Induced by Orthogonal Projections on Von-Neumann-Algebras
In this paper, we construct a free semicircular family induced by Z -many mutually-orthogonal projections, and construct Banach ∗-probability spaces ...

Freeness of orthogonal modules
AbstractA finitely generated module M over a commutative ring with unit R is said to be orthogonal stably free of type (n, m) if M is isomorphic to the solution space of a mxn matrix α such that ααt=Im. Geramita and Pullman have defined “generic” orthogonal stably free modules for each possible type and have obtained results on the freeness of these ...
