Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

On the torsion-freeness property for divisible discrete quantum subgroups
We prove that torsion-freeness in the sense of Meyer-Nest is preserved under divisible discrete quantum subgroups. As a consequence, we obtain some stability results of the torsion-freeness property for relevant constructions of quantum groups (quantum ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Local strict envy-freeness in large economies
This paper proposes a concept of local strict envy-freeness (LS-envy-freeness), which is a local version of Zhou's (1992) strict envy-freeness, and investigates its implications in large economies.

Sharing, freeness, linearity, redundancy, widenings, and cliques [PDF]
We discuss here different variants of the Sharing abstract domain, including the base domain that captures set-sharing, a variant to capture pairsharing, in which redundant sharing groups (w.r.t.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Envy-freeness and implementation in large economies
We show that an asymptotic envy-freeness condition is necessary for a form of robust approximate implementation in large economies. In settings where allocations are excludable, asymptotic envy-freeness is also sufficient for implementation, while in ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.
