Strabismus Responsive to Fresnel Prisms Therapy Before Surgery [PDF]
JAPANESE ORTHOPTIC JOURNAL, 2008 【目的】両眼視が失われていた手術予定の斜視患者にフレネル膜プリズムによる保存的治療を行い、両眼視機能の改善が得られた2症例を報告する。【症例】症例1は5歳女児。2歳頃から内斜視で、他院で眼鏡により経過観察されていたが、軽快せず3歳時に当科を受診した。眼位は完全屈折矯正眼鏡装用にて遠見、近見とも45ΔETで、同時視は認められなかった。手術までの期間、右20Δ基底外方、左15Δ基底外方のフレネル膜プリズム療法を施行したところ、両眼視機能が得られ、斜視角の減少を認めた。症例2は9歳男児。2歳半から母親は眼位異常に気づいていたが、近医で経過観察と指示され9歳時に当科を受診した。眼位はAPCTで近見30ΔXT、DVDを合併していた。同時視認められず恒常性外斜視と診断した ...
