Nrsn1–Smarcc1 Coupling Regulates Neural Stem Cell Differentiation and Chronic‐phase Recovery After Ischemic Stroke

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In the post‐stroke brain, Foxa2 induces the transcriptional upregulation of Nrsn1 in NSCs. Nrsn1 functionally couples with Smarcc1, modulating its nuclear availability and protein abundance, thereby influencing Smarcc1‐associated regulatory programs linked to neuronal lineage commitment. Through this coupling, Nrsn1 promotes the differentiation of NSCs

EMBRYO BIOPSY AND MATERNAL AND NEONATAL OUTCOMES FOLLOWING CRYOPRESERVED-THAWED SINGLE EMBRYO TRANSFER

open access: yes, 2021
Background: Contemporary embryo biopsy in the United States involves removal of several cells from a blastocyst that would become the placenta for preimplantation genetic testing (PGT). Embryos are then cryopreserved while patients await biopsy results,

Molecular Glue Degraders Enhance CAPRIN1‐Dependent Lysosomal Degradation of APP and Reduce Amyloid β in Alzheimer's Disease

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A new class of lysosome‐directed molecular glue degraders selectively enhance CAPRIN1–APP interactions, driving APP degradation and reducing amyloid‐β production in human neurons and Alzheimer's disease mouse models. This CAPRIN1‐dependent targeted protein degradation strategy reveals a previously unrecognized therapeutic approach for disrupting the ...

Does luteal phase support by human chorionic gonadotropin improve pregnancy outcomes in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles?

open access: yesMiddle East Fertility Society Journal, 2018
Objective: The present study was aimed to investigation the effect of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) administration on the implantation and pregnancy outcomes in the frozen-thawed embryo transfer (FET) cycles.

TNAP and PHOSPHO1 Function Synergistically to Afford Critical Control Over the Mineralization of the Postnatal Murine Skeleton

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Biomineralization underpins skeletal development, yet its molecular control remains incompletely understood. Using a novel murine knockout model, this study reveals the essential and complementary roles of PHOSPHO1 and TNAP in postnatal skeletal development.

The GPX3‐VCAM1 Axis Gates Pro‐Fibrotic Tubule Cell Fate in Hyperuricemic Nephropathy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Hyperuricemia induces NLRP3 inflammasome signaling activation and downregulation of GPX3 in proximal tubular epithelial cells, leading to oxidative stress–driven VCAM1 upregulation, emergence of pro‐fibrotic proximal tubule cells, macrophage recruitment, and renal fibrosis.

Palmitoyl Acyltransferase Zdhhc17 Promotes Functional Recovery After Spinal Cord Injury by Targeting the Nuclear Transport Factors Kpna2 and Ipo9

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, we demonstrate that Zdhhc17, acting as a PAT, suppresses neuronal apoptosis and promotes axon regeneration after injury, thereby enhancing functional recovery following SCI. In this context, Kpna2 and Ipo9 serve as novel palmitoylation substrates of Zdhhc17, whose palmitoylation prevents the injury‐induced degradation of their proteins ...

Viability of bovine demi embryo after splitting of fresh and frozen thawed embryo derived from in vitro embryo production

open access: yes, 2012
In vivo embryo production was limited by number of donor, wide variability respond due to superovulation program and also immunoactifity of superovulation hormone (FSH). Splitting technology could be an alternative to increase the number of transferrable

MicroRNA‐941 Acts as a Novel Prognostic Predictor and Oncogenic Driver in Colorectal Cancer

open access: yesAnnals of Gastroenterological Surgery, EarlyView.
Upregulation of miR‐941 was a promising diagnostic and prognostic biomarker for CRC patients. Inhibition of miR‐941 significantly suppressed CRC cellular events and triggered ferroptosis. The oncogenic functions of miR‐941 were mediated through targeting TRPS1.
