Guidance for elective single-embryo transfer should be applied to frozen embryo transfer cycles [PDF]
To provide clinicians with data showing the benefits of transferring a single blastocyst in frozen embryo transfer (FET) cycles so that they may counsel their patients accordingly. This is a closed cohort study of 678 FET cycles occurring between January 2011 and December 2017 in a private IVF laboratory and associated physicians' practice.

Dynamic Modulation of the Microenvironment Promotes Functional Maturation of Engineered Tissues
Engineered tissues lack the dynamic microenvironment of native tissues. A biocompatible, diffusible small molecule to dynamically modulate tissue microenvironments during maturation is used. Timing‐dependent modulation yields distinct outcomes, producing thicker, more native‐like blood vessels, stronger and more mature cardiac tissues, and optimized ...

Neural cell–derived small extracellular vesicles (sEVs) are emerging as pivotal mediators in neurodegenerative diseases, exerting both pathogenic and therapeutic functions. This review synthesizes current evidence on how sEVs from distinct neural cell types regulate neurodegeneration, neuroprotection, biomarker discovery, and targeted drug delivery ...
