The salivary sheath protein myosin from SBPH is critical for the formation of the salivary sheath and feeding. However, myosin functions as a HAMP and triggered plant BAK1‐mediated PTI responses, which include the activation of calcium signaling pathways, MAPK phosphorylation, ROS bursts, and cell death, thereby triggering JA pathway.

Flower and fruit development in processing tomatoes : a thesis presented in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Master of Horticultural Science in Vegetable Production at Massey University [PDF]
Processing tomato crops are mechanically harvested from a single destructive harvest. The timing of this harvest to coincide with the maximum yield of factory grade fruit is of considerable importance to the efficiency of the field operation.

This paper establishes a global high‐throughput fluorescence screening (GhitFluors) platform to efficiently identify ABA signaling modulators. It effectively identifies diopyridin, a regulator with strong binding affinity to PYR1, and more than 80% inhibitory activity against HAB1, which is equivalent to ABA.
