Ucuúba Fat (Virola surinamensis) and Cellulose Nanocrystals Functionalizing Cassava (Manihot esculenta)  Starch Films

Cassava starch films were functionalized with Ucuúba fat and cellulose nanocrystals to tailor wettability, optical, mechanical, and barrier properties.
