On Functionally Hausdorff Spaces

open access: yesMissouri Journal of Mathematical Sciences, 2013
Some properties related to functionally Hausdorff spaces are studied. For instance those topological spaces are characterized for which the functionally Hausdorff-reflection is a spectral space.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Adaptive Bayesian Space-Time Equalisation for Multiple Receive-Antenna Assisted Single-Input Multiple-Output Systems

open access: yes, 2008
This contribution considers nonlinear space–time equalisation (STE) for multiple receive-antenna induced single-input multipleoutput (SIMO) systems. By exploiting the inherent symmetry of the underlying optimal Bayesian STE solution, a novel symmetric ...

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

A Decomposition of the Dual Space of Some Banach Function Spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2012
We give a decomposition for the dual space of some Banach Function Spaces as the Zygmund space EXP of the exponential integrable functions, the Marcinkiewicz space ,∞, and the Grand Lebesgue Space ),

Phosphine Depletion in Brown Dwarf Atmospheres Explained due to Metal Phosphide Formation

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal Letters
Phosphine (PH _3 ) is predicted to be the dominant phosphorus-bearing gas in cool substellar atmospheres, yet observations have revealed a puzzling pattern.
