In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Organising family life: An analysis of the spatial organisation of people and activities in the household [PDF]
How Cultural Patterns Are Reflected On Domestic Space Has Been Vastly Discussed In Space Syntax Literature. The Genotype Analogy Was Developed With The Underlying Notion That The Configurational Properties Of Architectural Function Reflect Patterns Of

Approximating Continuous Function by Smooth Functions on Orbit Spaces
In this paper, we study the approximation of continuous functions on a subclass of singular space—the subcartesian space. As is well known, the orbit space of the proper action of a Lie group on a smooth manifold is a subcartesian space.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Adjoining a Constant Function to n-Dimensional Chebyshev Space
This paper is concerned with extending a Chebyshev system of n continuous nonconstant functions into a set of n+1 functions including a constant function. Necessary and sufficient conditions for the new set to be a Chebyshev system are discussed and some

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...
