, 2000 Let \(X\), \(Y\) denote Polish spaces. Let us recall that a~set \(A\subseteq X\) is wedge reducible to \(B\subseteq Y\) if there is a~continuous function \(f:X\to Y\) such that \(A=f^{-1}(B)\). Wedge reducibility is a~preordering and the classes of equivalences induced by this preordering are called wedge degrees.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma

Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.
