Ipriflavone (Ipr), an active component of Aquilaria malaccensis Lam. exosome‐like nanoparticles (AELNs), significantly reduces hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α (HIF‐α) expression by enhancing the prolyl hydroxylase domain protein 2 (PHD2)‐mediated hydroxylation of HIF‐α, thereby downregulating HIF‐α‐induced polyunsaturated fatty acid‐phospholipids (PUFA‐PLs),

DGBI symptoms are common in obesity and have the potential to exacerbate negative health outcomes. In general, the prevalence of DGBI symptoms decreases after obesity treatment, but patients can also shift from one GI symptom profile to another. ABSTRACT Background & Aims Disorders of gut‐brain interaction (DGBI) in obesity could impair health outcomes.

Anesthesia can alter measurements during digestive endoscopies, yet no standardized protocol currently exists. Two expert groups—the French Neuro‐Gastroenterology Group (GFNG) and anesthesiologists—used the Delphi method to reach a consensus on which drugs have an influence (91 amendments), ultimately resulting in a proposed anesthesia protocol (28 ...

One in three adults with CVS were found to have a positive screen for ARFID. Most patients at risk of ARFID (NIAS+) had evidence of malnutrition and micronutrient deficiency. We recommend routine screening of patients with CVS for ARFID and referral to a registered dietitian to optimize clinical outcomes. ABSTRACT Background In cyclic vomiting syndrome

Pediatric patients underwent pyloric functional luminal imaging probe (FLIP) for refractory upper gastrointestinal symptoms. Unlike prior adult studies, pyloric distensibility did not correlate to gastric emptying, and patients with higher distensibility more frequently responded to botulinum toxin. The presence of a distensibility plateau enhanced the
