We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

The eclipsing binary LL Aqr is a bright V=9.32, detached system consisting of two solar-type stars in an eccentric orbit (P = 20.2 d). The secondary component, LL Aqr B, was previously found to have physical and atmospheric parameters very similar to the

An Extremely Hot Pulsating Prewhite Dwarf from OGLE
We show that the blue 18.3 minutes variable object discovered in the Galactic disk by the OGLE-III survey and named OGLE-GD-WD-0001 is a pulsating prewhite dwarf of PG 1159 spectral type.

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

The First Photometric Analysis of Two Low-mass-ratio Contact Binary Systems in TESS Survey
Low-mass-ratio ( q ) contact binary systems are progenitors of stellar mergers such as blue stragglers or fast-rotating FK Com stars. In this study, we present the first light curve analysis of two newly identified low mass-ratio contact binary systems ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

We present recent near-IR interferometric studies of red giant and supergiant stars, which are aimed at obtaining information on the structure of the atmospheric layers and at constraining the fundamental parameters of these objects.

“X-Raying” a Be Star Disk: Fundamental Parameters of the Eclipsing Binary Be Star V658 Car
Abstract With its two stellar eclipses and two disk attenuations per binary orbit, V658 Carinae stands out as the first clear eclipsing Be + sdOB system. This rare alignment offers a unique opportunity to probe the structure and dynamics of a Be star disk with unprecedented detail.
