The Fundamental Stellar Parameters of FGK Stars in the SEEDS Survey
Large exoplanet surveys have successfully detected thousands of exoplanets to-date. Utilizing these detections and non-detections to constrain our understanding of the formation and evolution of planetary systems also requires a detailed understanding of

Exploiting metabolic adaptations to overcome dabrafenib treatment resistance in melanoma cells
We show that dabrafenib‐resistant melanoma cells undergo mitochondrial remodeling, leading to elevated respiration and ROS production balanced by stronger antioxidant defenses. This altered redox state promotes survival despite mitochondrial damage but renders resistant cells highly vulnerable to ROS‐inducing compounds such as PEITC, highlighting redox

Energy Distributions and Fundamental Parameters of 6 A Stars [PDF]
AbstractThe energy distributions (EDs) of 6 peculiar (3 Aps and 3 λ Bootis) stars are presented from 1200Ȧ up to about 12000Ȧ. For those stars having infrared photometry, the integrated flux from 1200& to 22000Å has been calculated and the Infrared Flux Method (IRFM, Blackwell and Shallis, 1977) applied to derive effective temperatures and angular ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

The lower limit of the mass ratio in contact binaries remains uncertain, with observations suggesting systems exist below theoretical predictions. The stability of such very-low-mass-ratio systems is still debated.

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

We present a detailed analysis of three Kepler eclipsing binaries, KIC 4908495, KIC 6466939, and KIC 9474485. Our analysis reveals that these systems are composed of components possessing a lower mass than our Sun with slight subsolar metallicities ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Photometric and Spectroscopic Studies of Two Early-type Eclipsing Binaries
Using high-precision photometric data from the Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, medium-resolution spectroscopic data from the Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopy Telescope, and long-term eclipse timings, we provide orbital parameters for
