Replication of bacteriophage G13 DNA in dna mutants of Escherichia coli

Biochimica et Biophysica Acta (BBA) - Nucleic Acids and Protein Synthesis, 1978
Host functions required for replication of microvirid phage G13 DNA were investigated in vivo, using thermosensitive dna mutants of Escherichia coli. In dna+ bacteria, conversion of viral single-stranded DNA into double-stranded replicative form (stage I synthesis) was resistant to 150 microgram/ml of chloramphenicol or 200 microgram/ml of rifampicin ...

Hardening of tools made of steel G13

Metal Science and Heat Treatment, 1972
1. Tempering at 400\dgC for 1 h of strain hardened blades of steel G13 increases their wear resistance, although the hardness decreases somewhat. The wear resistance of G13 blades hardened by this method is higher than that for blades of steel 9KhS and equal to that for blades of steel 9Kh5VF. 2. Tempering of quenched austenitic steel

Registration of G13‐6299 Soybean Germplasm Line with Diverse Pedigree

Journal of Plant Registrations, 2018
The soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] germplasm line G13‐6299 (Reg. No. GP‐415, PI 682087) was developed and released by the University of Georgia (UGA) Agricultural Experiment Stations. G13‐6299 is an F5–derived plant selection from G00‐3213 × LG04‐6000. G13‐6299 is a conventional maturity group (MG) VII line containing 19% exotic germplasm by pedigree.

Cryo-EM structural elucidation and molecular mechanism of the GPR133-G13 signaling complex

Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications
GPR133 is an adhesion-class G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR) that has recently been de-orphanized. Its functions are complex and multifaceted. While GPR133 is primarily recognized for coupling with the Gs subunit to mediate elevated intracellular cAMP levels, its potential engagement with alternative signaling pathways remains poorly characterized. ON CURVES OF CONSTANT BREADTH IN G13

In this work, dierential equations characterizing curves of constant breadth have been given in pseudo-Galilean space G13 : The special cases related to these dierential equations have been studied in G13.
