Genotype x Environment interaction in Mungbean (Vigna radiata (L.) Wilczek) cultivars grown in different agro-climatic zones of Karnataka [PDF]

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Plant Breeding, 2011
Fourteen genotypes were tested at five locations in North-Karnataka in the kharif season-2008 to study their yield stability.Pooled analysis of variance and stability analysis were performed.

Uni and Multivariate Methods to Estimate Stability of some Bread Wheat Genotypes [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Plant Production
Fifteen bread wheat genotypes included twelve lines and three cultivars were evaluated during the two seasons of 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 under two nitrogen fertilization levels and three sowing dates at the farm of experiments of Faculty of Agriculture ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

EDNRB‐dependent endothelin signaling reduces proliferation and promotes proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition in gliomas

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Genotype x Environment Interaction and Stability Analysis for Grain Yield of Advanced Tef Genotypes using GGE Biplots

open access: yes, 2020
Selection of the most high-yielding and stable cultivars across environments are difficult because of the complex nature of genotype × environment interactions (G x E interaction).

GENOTYPE-ENVIRONMENT INTERACTION TO THE YIELD STABILITY IN WHEAT IN MEXICALI, B.C., MÉXICO REGION

open access: yesTropical and Subtropical Agroecosystems, 2011
With the finality to evaluate yield stability of varieties of wheat Cachanilla F-2000 (C), Yécora F-70 (Y) and Triguenio F-00 (TR), in El Valle de Mexicali, Baja California, under four environments of test, using the using the additive main effects ...

Genotype by environment interaction and yield stability in sugarcane

open access: yesRevista Facultad Nacional de Agronomía Medellín, 2017
Genotype by environment interaction (GEI) reduces the association between phenotype and genotype which result in relative ranking and stability differences of genotypes across environment.

Engineered extracellular vesicles enriched with the miR‐214/199a cluster enhance the efficacy of chemotherapy in ovarian cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...
