Genotype by heat conditions interaction effects on growth and litter traits in rabbits

open access: yesFrontiers in Veterinary Science, 2022
Heat stress has severe impacts on rabbit performance because they have difficulty getting rid of excess heat. The interaction between genetic and environmental factors plays a vital role in the adaptation process.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The effect of genotype (G), growing environment (E), and their interaction (G x E) on the chemical composition of wheat bran [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Wheat bran is a rich source of dietary fibres, some of essential fatty acids and contains important quantities of starch, protein, vitamins, minerals and phytic acid. It is also well known for its powerful anticarcinogenic and antioxidant properties. Field experiments with a collection of 23 wheat genotypes were conducted during two growing seasons in ...

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Stability analysis for yield and quality traits in wheat (Triticum aestivum L.)

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Plant Breeding, 2018
Experiment was conducted with eleven varieties of wheat for fourteen qualitative and quantitative traits in three date of sowing with 15 days interval viz., 08th Nov. (Early sown as E1), 23rdNov. (Normal sown as E2), 08th Dec.

Genotype x environment interaction and stability analysis of lowland rice genotypes [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Agricultural Sciences (Belgrade), 2012
Twenty-one lowland rice genotypes were evaluated for their stability parameters with respect to grain yield in a multi-locational trial at five different sites of Eastern India viz. Central Rice Research Institute, Cuttack (Orissa); OUAT, Bhubaneswar (

Epigenetic blind spots – the role of DNA methylation dynamics in stem cell‐based models of embryogenesis

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Embryo‐like structures (stembryos) are an innovative tool, but they are hindered by experimental variability and limited developmental potential. DNA methylation is crucial for mammalian development, but its status in stembryo models is poorly characterized.

First measurement of $\Lambda N$ inelastic scattering with $\Lambda$ from $e^{+} e^{-} \rightarrow J/\psi \to \Lambda \bar{\Lambda}$

open access: yes, 2023
Using an $e^+ e^-$ collision data sample of $(10087 \pm 44)\times10^6 ~J/\psi$ events taken at the center-of-mass energy of $3.097~\rm{GeV}$ by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the process $\Lambda+N \rightarrow \Sigma^+ + X$ is studied for ...
