Cell‐free DNA aneuploidy score as a dynamic early response marker in prostate cancer
mFast‐SeqS‐based genome‐wide aneuploidy scores are concordant with aneuploidy scores obtained by whole genome sequencing from tumor tissue and can predict response to ARSI treatment at baseline and, at an early time point, to ARSI and taxanes. This assay can be easily performed at low cost and requires little input of cfDNA. Cell‐free circulating tumor

TOMM20 increases cancer aggressiveness by maintaining a reduced state with increased NADH and NADPH levels, oxidative phosphorylation (OXPHOS), and apoptosis resistance while reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels. Conversely, CRISPR‐Cas9 knockdown of TOMM20 alters these cancer‐aggressive traits.

The rank of a complex unit gain graph in terms of the rank of its underlying graph [PDF]
Let $ =(G, )$ be a complex unit gain graph (or $\mathbb{T}$-gain graph) and $A( )$ be its adjacency matrix, where $G$ is called the underlying graph of $ $. The rank of $ $, denoted by $r( )$, is the rank of $A( )$. Denote by $ (G)=|E(G)|-|V(G)|+ (G)$ the dimension of cycle spaces of $G$, where $|E(G)|$, $|V(G)|$ and $ (G)$ are the number of

This study investigates an alternative approach to reactivating the oncosuppressor p53 in cancer. A short peptide targeting the association of the two p53 inhibitors, MDM2 and MDM4, induces an otherwise therapeutically active p53 with unique features that promote cell death and potentially reduce toxicity towards proliferating nontumor cells.

Secure Evaluation of Knowledge Graph Merging Gain
Finding out the differences and commonalities between the knowledge of two parties is an important task. Such a comparison becomes necessary, when one party wants to determine how much it is worth to acquire the knowledge of the second party, or similarly when two parties try to determine, whether a collaboration could be beneficial.

Elevated level of cholesterol is positively correlated to prostate cancer development and disease severity. Cholesterol‐lowering drugs, such as statins, are demonstrated to inhibit prostate cancer. VNPP433‐3β interrupts multiple signaling and metabolic pathways, including cholesterol biosynthesis, AR‐mediated transcription of several oncogenes, mRNA 5′

Minimum Cost Multicast with Decentralized Sources [PDF]
In this paper we study the multisource multicast problem where every sink in a given directed acyclic graph is a client and is interested in a common file.

Low expression of five purine metabolism‐related genes (ADSL, APRT, ADCY3, NME3, NME6) was correlated with poor survival in colorectal cancer. Immunohistochemistry analysis showed that low NME3 (early stage) and low ADSL/NME6 (late stage) levels were associated with high risk.
