Gallium-doped zinc oxide prepared by the Pechini method
Gallium-doped zinc oxide (ZnO:Ga) was prepared by the Pechini method from zinc citrate and gallium hydroxide. By this method, it is possible to synthesize crystalline ZnO:Ga by firing the polymeric precursor in air at 900ºC for four hours.

In a murine model of myocardial ischemia and reperfusion (MI/R), the CD36 azapeptide ligand MPE‐298 reduces cardiac injury and transiently lowers left ventricular long‐chain fatty acids (LCFAs) accumulation 3 h after reperfusion, accompanied by a decrease of oxidative stress and inflammation‐associated genes' expression in the heart and adipose tissue.

Sacrificial gold coating enhances transport of liquid metal in pressurized fountain pen lithography
Liquid metals have attracted attention as functional components for moldable electronics, such as soft flexible connectors, wires or conductive ink. The relatively high surface tension (> 400 mN m−1) and the fact that liquid metals do not readily wet ...

Abstract Gallium oxide is an ultra wide band gap (the width of the band gap is 4.85 eV) transparent semiconducting oxide, that nowadays attracts much attention of scientists and manufacturers. However, the main obstacle, preventing from its massive commercial implementation, is the lack of technological methods to its production; it is ...

Evaluating the effect of γ‐oryzanol on MASLD pathology using a medaka fish model
This study explores a liver disease called MASLD, which is increasing worldwide and can lead to serious damage. Researchers used medaka fish instead of rodents to test a food compound, γ‐oryzanol. Fish fed this compound had less liver fat and healthier gut bacteria.
