Safety and pharmacokinetics of a novel potent GABA analogue crisugabalin in Chinese subjects with various degrees of renal impairment

open access: yesBritish Journal of Clinical Pharmacology, EarlyView.
Aims Crisugabalin is a novel calcium channel α2δ subunit ligand and a highly selective oral gamma‐aminobutyric acid (GABA) analogue developed for the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain (DPNP) and postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). This study investigated pharmacokinetic properties and safety of crisugabalin in subjects with renal impairment ...

Rubrolides A, D, P, T, U: Total Syntheses and Antibacterial Evaluation of Highly Brominated Marine Natural Products

open access: yesChemistryEurope, EarlyView.
Following the Danube Flow. The first total syntheses of highly brominated rubrolides T, U, and U‐analog, together with the efficient and divergent syntheses of rubrolides A, D, and P. The dibrominated key intermediate, obtained via a Suzuki‐Miyaura cross‐coupling reaction, is the centerpiece of the synthesis.

INHIBITORY NEUROTRANSMITTERS AND THEIR INFLUENCE ON TUMOR IN PATIENTS WITH GLIOMAS

open access: yesСибирский онкологический журнал, 2016
The review deals with the problem of activity of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), the major inhibitory neurotransmitter, in gliomas. It has been shown that GABA has an antitumor activity in most models and cancer patients have an increased level of GABA ...

Detection of acetylcholinesterase activity and gamma-aminobutyric acid binding sites in Dicrocoelium dendriticum

open access: yesParasite, 2000
In the present study we report the presence of acetylcholinesterase activity and gamma-aminobutyric acid binding sites in crude extracts of Dicrocoelium dendriticum. This indirectly demonstrates the presence of acetylcholine and GABA.

Development of tCAP(N3): Affinity Peptide‐Aided, pH‐Triggered Strategy for Site‐Specific Native IgG Modification

open access: yesChemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
The tCAP(N3) reagent, featuring a stable and self‐activating precursor, enables site‐specific conjugation of native IgGs. This Fc‐affinity peptide approach selectively transfers an Ac‐Lys(N3)‐Gly‐Gly payload to Lys248, producing divalently azidated antibody while preserving its biological function.
