New cytotoxic lanostanoid triterpenes from Ganoderma lingzhi

Phytochemistry Letters, 2016
Abstract Further chemical investigation of the metabolites in the fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lingzhi resulted in isolation of eight triterpenes; two of them are new triterpene acid ethyl esters. Their structures were established based on spectroscopic studies and comparison with the known related compounds.

[Identification of phosphatidic acid interacting proteins in Ganoderma lingzhi].

Sheng wu gong cheng xue bao = Chinese journal of biotechnology, 2021
Ganoderma lingzhi is widely recognized as a medicinal basidiomycetes. Triterpene acids (TAs) are the key bioactive medicinal components of G. lingzhi. Our previous studies have shown that phospholipid acid (PA) produced by phospholipase D (PLD) plays a regulatory role in TA synthesis.
