Ganodermanontriol, the primary triterpenoid identified in Ganoderma lucidum, was evaluated for its efficacy against pneumonia through network pharmacology, molecular docking, and in vivo rat models. The compound significantly reduced lung tissue damage and inflammatory mediators by targeting the TNF/NF‐κB/MAPKs signaling pathways.
