Cytotoxic triterpenoids from Ganoderma lucidum
Phytochemistry, 2010A systematic study of the metabolites in Ganoderma lucidum led to isolation of 43 triterpenoids, six of them (1-6) are hitherto unknown. The structures of the latter were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies and comparison with the known related compounds.

Antinociceptive Components ofGanoderma lucidum
Planta Medica, 1997The antinociceptive effects 134 extracts prepared from 45 species of mushrooms were examined by the acetic acid-induced writhing method. From the CH2Cl2 extract of Ganoderma lucidum among the active extracts, ganoderic acids A, B, G and H and compound C6 were isolated as the antinociceptive components.

Cytotoxicity of Ganoderma lucidum Triterpenes
Journal of Natural Products, 2001Two new triterpenoids, lucidenic acid N (1) and methyl lucidenate F (2), together with four known compounds, lucidenic acid A, lucidenolactone, lucidenic acid C, and ganoderic acid E, were isolated from the dried fruiting bodies of Ganoderma lucidum. Their structures were elucidated by spectral and chemical transformation studies. Among them, lucidenic

Triterpenes from Ganoderma lucidum
Phytochemistry, 1988Abstract Three new lanostanoid triterpenes, isolated from the mycelia of the fungus Ganoderma lucidum , were determined to be 3β-hydroxy-15α-acetoxy-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-26-oic acid, 3β-acctoxy-15α-hydroxy-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-26-oic acid and 3-oxo-15α-acetoxy-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-26-oic acid by spectroscopic and chemical methods.

Three New Lanostanoids from Ganoderma lucidum
Journal of Natural Products, 1986Three new lanostanoids--ganodermenonol (1), ganodermadiol (2), and ganodermatriol (3) [isolated as its triacetate derivative (3a)]--were isolated from the MeOH extract of Ganoderma lucidum, together with ergosterol and its peroxide. The new compounds were identified as 26-hydroxy-5 alpha-lanosta-7,9(11),24-trien-3-one (1), 5 alpha-lanosta-7,9(11),24 ...
