气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备（gas insulated switchgear,GIS）拆装智能平台是一种用于户外拆装及检修的智能便携式辅助平台。文中针对目前220 kV GIS设备安装和检修过程中存在的低效率及安全性问题,设计一种GIS拆装智能平台,通过对平台失衡情况进行计算分析,表明在最恶劣工况下,GIS拆装智能平台都不存在失衡风险;同时对夹具、法兰和底部支架进行应力仿真,结果表明,GIS拆装智能平台可承受的应力满足设计要求,验证了GIS拆装智能平台的可行性。
