Cu‐Pd Dual Single Atoms Promoting Selective CO2 Photoreduction to C2 Products in Seawater

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Cu and Pd dual single atoms anchored on TiO2 cooperatively enhance C─C coupling during CO2 photoreduction in seawater. Under xenon‐light irradiation and without a sacrificial reagent/alkaline trapping agent, the catalyst achieves highly selective acetic acid formation.

A High‐Resolution THz‐PCF Sensing Framework: Precise Identification of Food Preservatives Through Refractive Index Analysis

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
As presented in the graphical abstract, it depicts an image of a terahertz photonic crystal fiber (THz‐PCF) sensor with a polygonal shape in the core, which is filled with an analyte, and air slots in the cladding. The THz waves will travel through the fiber, and due to increased light‐matter interaction in the sensing region, changes in refractive ...

Isolation and characterization of a novel uronic acid-containing acidic glycosphingolipid from the ascidian Halocynthia roretzi

open access: yesJournal of Lipid Research, 2007
A novel uronic acid-containing glycosphingolipid (UGL-1) was isolated from the ascidian Halocynthia roretzi. UGL-1 was prepared from chloroform-methanol extracts and purified by the use of successive column chromatography on DEAE-Sephadex, Florisil, and ...

Light Switchable Ionic Conductivity of Arylazopyrazole Modified Polysiloxanes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
We present a polysiloxane functionalized with a novel arylazopyrazole dye that undergoes reversible photoisomerization. Upon lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide addition and UV irradiation, the polymer exhibits a shift in tan(d) toward higher frequencies and enhanced ionic conductivity.

Determination of ifosfamide by gas chromatography—mass spectrometry

open access: yesAnalytica Chimica Acta, 1991
Ifosfamide, an oxazaphosphorine, is thermally stable during elution in gas chromatography (GC) at temperatures above 200 °C, in contrast to its structural isomer cyclophosphamide. Both 2.65-µm and 0.32-µm OV-1 columns were efficient for GC of ifosfamide without derivatization.

Printed SWCNT‐Based p–n Junction Thin‐Film Near‐Infrared Photoresistors Enabled by a Sustainable Furan‐Derived π‐Conjugated Polymer

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
A sustainable polymer–carbon nanotube bilayer enables efficient near‐infrared photodetection in a simple lateral planar p–n junction thin‐film architecture. Thermal side‐chain cleavage enhances interfacial coupling, shifts the dominant photoresponse from 800 to 1000 nm, and substantially improves device performance.
